"Hired Black Diamond for site prep and installation of two back yard brick paver patios and walkway. From first contact to project completion was about one month. Michael Martinez provided excellent design suggestions, supervision and communication throughout the project. Project consisted of a little demolition but mostly laying out and paving about 1300 sq. ft. of Belgard paving stones. Workers were very hard working and reliable. Job site cleanup was excellent. In summary, Michael and BD did what they said they would do in a very professional manner. I would certainly recommend Black Diamond to others."

"Number one in communications and top attention in details. We worked with Geico Builders to build our addition, ADU and install pavers on the front of the house. Overall the process took us almost one year they were delays from the city of Oakland on approval plans despite that Victor went above and beyond and smooth all process once they got to actual building. He work hard to make progress easy on our addition especially with tough Inspectors. The quality of our new ADU well-built, and the bathroom has a great tile work with precise attention to details. Their price was not the cheapest one but for the amount of time and quality of work it’s very well deserved, we feel like we got good value for the money we paid. "I was looking for contractors in the area but everyone was quoting high and looking for huge jobs. When I did get a response from some contractors I received timelines that were ridiculous. I used HomeAdvisor and I was referred to this Arenas Masonry. They were responsive, on time, and provided a professional estimate. They ordered the specific stone I wanted for our new backyard steps. They tore down an old ugly deck and replace it with gorgeous stone. It has extended our living space and improved the site line of our backyard. We are so happy with the results. My experience getting quotes from using local recommendations and other sources did not pan out. I was shocked by the unprofessional behavior of some including those who did not show up or did not provide an estimate even when I asked multiple times. This contractor showed up quietly, professionally and did what they promised to do. They finished the job on the day promised at the price they quoted and it looks fantastic!"

"Working with the team at Pavers Express was super easy and we are so pleased with our end product! They helped us come up with a plan for both our front and back yards. We have two little boys and wanted to rearrange our backyard. We worked together to come up with a plan for a new bluestone patio with fire-it (which we use ALL the time!), turf for the kids to play and a place to grow our veggies. We spend so much more time outside now! They also did our entire front yard. We extended our driveway to make it bigger so the car doors don't hit each other.
