"Let's start with the bad. John did leave a few scratches on a couple of small areas. Since I'm a perfectionist this did not sit well with me, but, I accepted it since everything else was perfect and the scratches are not that noticeable. As soon as I met John I knew he was the one to reface my cabinets. He struck me as honest and straightforward. I did not check out prices. The price he quoted me sounded fair and I liked his demeanor, so I signed on the dotted line. I don't regret my decision at all. The kitchen is just Beautiful.
