"The gentleman from miracle method of Seattle that resurfaced are cracked bathroom sink was amazing. He did a beautiful job. The sink looks like it is brand new, nice and shiny and zero remnants of seeing the big crack in that was in the sink. Without knowing any prices, it was double what I was thinking, it may cost but well worth the money spent and would spend it again if I ever needed to for another sink. His solution: A bump out with a new second story upper deck accessed by outdoor stairs. From the little deck, the loft can be accessed through a custom made "windoor" a little door/window!
