"I hired Rod West Painting to paint the upstairs of our home. Rod came in with a bid that was substantially less than what we had been qoured for the same work by another company. Where Rod and his crew differ is that we were told not to move anything, as the crew would do that for us! They took pictures down and replaced them after the painting was completed. They moved furniture and put the furniture back in the same place and they moved two heavy filing cabinets for us and put them back after the painting was completed. They print with a brush or a roller and they did not use spray paint like the previous contractor. What a difference that was from the last contractor who had us move everything out of the two rooms to be painted. That itself saved an awful lot of work for my wife and I. Rods crew was professional in every respect. They were on time each morning and the areas painted were left spotless as their cleanup was perfect. I could see this crew has worked together before and they seemed they liked what they were doing and most important, they couldn't have been been more helpful in this painting job. All told we are extremely satisfied with both the quality of the job and the cost to do the job. So impressed were we that we asked Rod to bid on an exterior paint job for our home. Rod's bgid was more than competitive so we hired Rod and his crew to paint the exterior of our home as out next project. "Jonathan Wais is a true craftsman! As someone who is rather picky with the design of my home interior, I was very particular with much of the furniture that went into my new home. After weeks of searching several furniture stores, I was unable to find multiple wood furniture pieces that aligned with both the dimensions and aesthetic that I was looking for. Since I am not particularly crafty myself, I knew that I would not be able to simply refurbish hand-me-down furniture on my own. Instead, I trusted Jonathan to create and build some of these pieces to perfectly match my vision, and he did not disappoint. Jonathan built me custom nightstands and dressers that fit perfectly in the weird nooks and spaces in our bedroom. He was attentive to the unique dimensions that we needed to maximize space and storage. He also thought of components that would make these pieces more functional and user-friendly for us, such as knob options and a soft close feature. Afterwards, he listened to our desires regarding our ideas on furniture colors, and he explained various wood types and stain color options, an area that Iâ m not educated in. Jonathan listens and is cooperative with your vision, while also offering insight on certain features and components that only an expert in carpentry would know. We receive endless compliments on the nightstand and dressers every time we give a house tour, which ultimately leads to an another referral to Jonathan. I trust him with all of my carpentry needs!"

He put up new walls to create an office and master closet (including all electrical/lighting in connection with each as well as internet in the office and custom racks and shelving in the closet). He planned and installed all of our outdoor landscape and flood lighting (which has completely transformed the usability and aesthetic of the backyard). He removed the existing in-ground basketball hoop and installed a brand new heavy duty hoop in its place (including engineered rebar/concrete work in connection with same). He has also helped with various electrical, plumbing, drywall, dry rot, water damage, replaced/upgraded appliances. He is a one-stop shop, is reliable, honest, trustworthy and hard-working.
