"John was very responsive to my initial inquiry, set an appointment quickly, scheduled us within our requested time frame and did a beautiful job of transforming our kitchen. He and his apprentice also did a nice job of cleaning up afterward. His pricing was a bit higher than some other bids but as I watched him work, I realized the cost was the result of his experience and high quality materials. Our job took a half day longer than originally planned, in part because of a miscommunication which was as much my fault as his.
