"We knew we needed to replace drawer slides and that other drawers needed repair or adjustments. John explained our options. We quickly felt confident that he knew and could explain all the aspects of what could be done. We decided to replace drawer boxes and slides but to hold off on new cabinet doors and drawer fronts.
