"My husband requested a quote and had to follow up with them 2 times before they even returned his call. We finally scheduled an appointment for them to come out to put together a quote for the project. The appointment was scheduled for 6:30 am and he didn't show up until almost 7 am. Said he would have a quote back to us within a week and that was the last we heard from them. My husband called them back twice to follow up and they never returned his calls."

"Because of Albrecht Wood Interiors’ reputation, we were committed to this company without concern for price. John Albrecht visited with us and he displayed good energy and creativity. He said his son, Brian would be out soon to measure. He recommended we get our appliances ordered asap because there were known supply chain delays. We visited the appliance store as suggested and ordered as instructed. We called his office three times requesting a call back to ask some questions. He never did leave a business card or any kind of information. Each time we called we were told he would return our call, but he never did. We estimate that our total job cost will exceed $100k. Finally on the 4th call, we told his assistant that if for some reason he did not want to do our job that we would understand, but at least please tell us that so we could move on. The assistant said either he or she would return our call. This was over a month ago and we have yet to receive the common courtesy of a call back. This process not only cost us time, but it also felt unjustifiably disrespectful. We also lost confidence in his business ability because it is arrogant and poor practice to treat customers this way. After all, we are telling this story to friends and business associates when ever asked about our remodeling job. At the end of the day, your reputation is all you have. We would not recommend this company since no customer should be involved in a business relationship with a vendor who feels they are in control and will leave you in a lurch whenever they feel like it."
