"Bill was on time and did a neat clean job. He had a difficult task and worked out the problem so that the complete job looks great. He is very friendly and easy to work with. He asked for input and approval at each step. We would reccomend him. Feliz and Sid Oceanside"

"Very friendly and easy to work with. They did a thorough job and multiple neighbors asked for quotes as well. I had 3 people bid the job, were similarly priced, but based on attitude and thoroughness of the bid, this was a no-brainer."

"Absolutley the best painter in town hands down! Will continue to hire Jeffrey for many projects in the future."

"We hired Sylvain and Marquis Assoc. To build a separate and detached Granny Flat on our property. He and his team built a 1200 sq. ft fully functioning 3 bedroom 2 full baths HOME. From start to finish Sylvain was personally involved and extremely professional. He and his team were on the job site on time everyday early to dusk. They worked hard and fast. Every night the job site was left clean. As soon as the city approved the plans, we were building the next day. It was incredible how efficient the guys were in building, total build time was less than 3 months. Craftsmanship was top-notch, and we feel we truly built a great house. He was focused on making sure we chose all of our counters/ cabinets/ doors/ windows/ molding/ everything that we wanted and stayed on budget. All done, Sylvain did not go over budget. His estimates were right on to what final costs came out to be. He kept us updated constantly regarding budget and where we stood in the process. We had changes along the way, and he treated all problems with calmness and found solutions to all issues. He is well seasoned and we trusted him completely. Our house is incredible, we are so happy. I also feel I need to mention how much our neighbors love the new house. They walked by during their daily walks every day during construction. Now they are stopping us outside and ringing our door for Sylvain s contact info now that he is finished with the project. We even have cars slowing down in front of the house to take a good look. We are extremely happy and highly recommend Marquis Associates."

"Our remodeled kitchen exceeded all expectations. Leoni’s eye for design brought our ideas to life, creating an open and functional layout perfect for entertaining. The team’s craftsmanship was top-notch, and they respected our home, leaving it clean each day. The project was finished on time and within budget, and our kitchen now feels like a welcoming and sophisticated part of our home. I’d recommend McCormick to anyone wanting a home transformation without stress!"

"I am very pleased with the service provided by Grace Painting. I would definitely use them again and I highly recommend. They arrived on time and completed the job within the time frame given. This was high quality work but I removed a half star for the contents from my bathroom drawers emptied into my cabinet instead of asking me to remove them. This was not really an issue but more of an unpleasant surprise. The workers were very courteous and polite. The work area was left spotless when the job was complete. I love the new look of my bathrooms! THANK-YOU GRACE!"

"The kitchen cabinet makeover came out stunning."

"Zach did a great job building new doors for our kitchen cabinets. His work is clearly that of an expert carpenter. We are so thankful we found him and were able to get new amazing doors to finish out kitchen."
