We were tight on the cabinet install due to need to install a steel beam. This required precise templating, and Claudio was able to understand the nuances of the measurements and template the stone perfectly! We had a dispute with the slab distributor, and Claudio went out of his way to accommodate us. He negotiated a credit with the distributor and took money out of his own pocket to ensure we were satisfied with our countertops. He offered us many options to ensure we were 100% happy with our new kitchen. I cannot recommend working with Claudio enough! He is a true gentleman and a wonderful person to work with! I would rehire him in a second!"
