"I noticed what I thought initially was my above the counter cabinets coming loose from the wall. Mike from Perfect Work was in contact with me and looked at pictures of what I was concerned with. He identified that it was a cosmetic issue, and not the actual cabinets coming away from the wall. He also took the time to come by my place on his way to another job to see it in person. It turned out to be the trim in one area coming loose, and not the cabinets themselves. I know little about cabinetry, so to have someone take the time to allay my fears, was really appreciated. I know this business to be trustworthy and pleasant to work with now, and should the need for home projects come up in the future, I would not hesitate to use Angi, or directly call Perfect Work to do the job. They were top rated with 0 complaints. We were even able to initiate contact for a quote through the BBB. Michael was our salesperson and he was upfront and honest in capabilities and pricing. The pricing was so great we even upgraded to an insulated vinyl siding and we were still under what others quoted. We then met with Ross the production manager who went over every aspect of the job with us. This was great because we worked out any issues ahead of time. There were no surprises and we were all on the same page. The 2 gentlemen who came to do the work were great also. They showed up on time and worked hard everyday. "Just got done with a Kitchen Remodel with Biango Construction – and it was GREAT! Nick Biango and his team were skilled, professional, on-time, clean and did beautiful work. The cabinets they built are top of the line – and are as good as if not better than the Thomasville cabinets I have in my dining room and Thomasville built-in bookcases in my home office. If you don’t believe me, I have another testimonial from the village inspector. Nick Biango also built a deck for me last year (that was why I was so confident with having him back for the kitchen remodel) and when the inspector looked at my deck, he commented on the beautiful job and asked for the name of the contractor as he had some work he needed done and he appreciates best quality workmanship – high praise from someone whose job it is to approve work on building permits. Highest recommendation – 5 stars!"

He was ALWAYS responsive to our inquiries, ideas, concerns, etc. Equally important, the crews who spent so much time in our home during the kitchen renovation were pleasant, kind, and generally arrived on time. They took any questions that we might arise to Christopher, receiving answers in a timely manner. During a reno that is important, since they are present for hours every day. Our expected timeline for the renovation was well met and we were always comfortable - as much as possible during a kitchen remodel! - feeling heard and respected. No question was too dumb or redundant and we really appreciated that. "Highly recommended!! Making the decision to have your Kitchen and more remodeled is a large step and very stressful. We used online reviews to help make our decision. From the moment we met the team from KBB we knew it was right for us. Kim did an excellent job making us comfortable and helping with every little detail of the design. She stayed on top of everything making sure we never missed a deadline. Mario came to the site nearly every day to make sure we knew what was going to be happening. Even with minor changes and additional things we wanted, it was always easy to work together. The work of Krys and Brian (and rest of the crew) made the job go smoothly. They were professional and clean and always one step ahead if we had questions. This was a major project estimated for 6-8 weeks. It was completed in 5 1/2 weeks."
