"The owner, Mr. Bob Whiteman, arrived at the specified time.

He did a thorough job of cleaning our entire house carpet (it's white).  He did not rush through the job.  This is the first tiime he cleaned this carpet but we have had him 3 or 4 times previously with our old carpet and he has always done an excellent job.

I like the fact that he doesn't depend on a crew but does the work himself.   He is very professional."

"They were running a bit late, but other than that very professional and courteous. I was pleased with the results on our very old carpets."

"I would definitely use them again! They cleaned the basement carpet in a house we are moving into. We were dealing with some serious stains and stink from pets. It looks and smells great now! They were also so fast."

"The crew showed up with smiles on there face and went after it. They were careful moving everything and cleaned every little crack and crevice. They had the best attitudes for cleaning a trashed unit! Best Iâ ve seen in 17 years!!! You wouldve never known it was trashed. They did an excellent job and definitely going to keep hiring!!!"

"My technician Joe was on time, professional and did a great job. The cleaning product has a great smell and the furniture looks great. I think they may be a bit pricey (especially if you sign up for the year long service contract) but they do a good job and respond quickly. I would definitely recommend them.

"One of my dogs was sick and made a large mess on the floor. They worked me in the schedule the next day and removed all remnants of spots. They did an excellent job. They were very quick and professional. I also had them clean a rug that was a mess with dog hair that I struggled to get out. They took care of it and it looks as good as new. I would recommend their work to anyone that needs rugs and carpet cleaned."
