The young lady who returned my call and took my request was very thorough very pleasant and followed up with me the next day to confirm that my rugs would be picked up for cleaning on the day and within the timeframe I requested. My rugs were picked up, cleaned and returned in wonderful condition. The young man was so pleasant.
