"Originally scheduled 3 rooms and stairwell to be steam cleaned.  Upon arrival, I asked about adding two old chairs...Phillip, the owner said, "no problem."  Phillip was assisted by a young Hispanic gentleman, Barancha? ...both were extremely professional and careful within my home.
Although I had prepped (disassembled beds) and moved smaller furniture, larger sofas and armoires they assisted in moving from the wall, cleaning the carpet behind and moving back.  They were prompt...even called ahead to verify times and that I was home, though Phillip does tell clients that he operates on a 2 hour window because he wants to be thorough and sometimes a job takes more time.  They spent about 2 hours at my place in Edgefield and he was heading to Augusta for two more.  A Family owned business, you can tell that both men thrive on word of mouth and quality work.  I'm even referring them to my mom to do her carpet.
I'm a retired Marine Officer and can be difficult when it comes to reviews....Mr Steam in Augusta gets my highest rating.

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"We are a school and needed our carpets cleaned in the classroom. Terry came out right away, gave us a quote, scheduled the crew and they arrived exactly as expected. They were professional and courteous while we were having many other vendors in the building."

"My home was cleaned thoroughly and I can't thank them enough. They arrived on time and never stopped working until everything task was completed!!!"

"They definitely got the stains out of my carpet and they are very professional! It was a good experience."

"Nahomie is just amazing. She cleaned beyond my expectations. Nahomie takes pride in her work and making the home look and feel beautiful. She was on time, very detailed-oriented and work independently. I AM going to hire her again and again and again."

"Outstanding, courteous and very thorough. Respect for people's property."
