"The young men were very nice, but the tile was still sticky 2 hours after they left from the grout sealer. The sun room carpet was wet, not damp when they left. They returned the side chairs to the wet carpet without putting anything under the legs to keep them from fading on the carpet. The carpet cleaning process left residue down in the short shag carpet and on the sun room carpet. The owner has been made aware of these concerns."

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"We were more satisfied with the air duct cleaning than the carpet cleaning but they did a good job. We have no complaints with them."

"Very professional and did a very thorough and deep cleaning of our home post our remodeling project. We would certainly have no problem hiring them again in the future as we have more projects to do in our home.."

"Great job went above and beyond what was needed"

"They are amazing! They have been cleaning my house for 5-6 years. They are always on time, my house is squeaky-clean and smells so good. I highly recommend them."

"Dana Miller did a wonderful job with the house cleaning. payed good attention to detail, with surfaces and floors, and overall cleaning. I would most definitely hire again. I am very satisfied."
