They came out and looked at my carpet, discussed what I wanted done, explained to me how they would clean the carpet, how long it would take to dry etc. then scheduled the cleaning. They did a very thorough job and it only took 12 hours for the carpet to dry. I was not completely satisfied with the results and they immediately came back and redid the areas I was not happy with. It was a husband and wife team who have been in the business for many years. They were very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly."
