"Outstanding experience!!! From the initial contact to the finished service. I request a carpet stretch and was told based on the state of the carpet that a stretch would not be advisable because they could not guarantee it would not buckle right away. I really appreciated their honesty. Lost service but they gained a customer forever! They went away and cleaned my carpet and it looked brand new. If you desire a company that is fair, honest, thorough, professional, and skilled - A Step Above should be your choice!"

"This company did a great job, including some extra cleaning on the carpets. They were friendly and very professional. I highly recommend."

"It is rare to find a quality craftsman with a great work ethic. Jayme West is one of them. He was always on time and asked us for our opinion when something could be done in different ways. Jayme has all of the right tools to do the job correctly. So very pleased with the floor. He will be coming back to do the back splash and maybe some other projects someday. It is so nice to have met him and now I have someone I can trust to hire again."

"Fantastic service! Rosy’s crew did a wonderful job. Very courteous and respectful. After the initial full cleaning, they now clean my house bi-weekly. The house is so clean when they finish we don’t want to do anything to mess it up! Try them, I promise you won’t regret it."

"The couple that came to do the cleaning were very informative, worked fast and efficiently. They did a fantastic job. Will definitely hire again."
