"Giovanni came first to provide a quote and then Leli and Elio immediately followed and did the work. All were friendly, professional and did excellent work. My carpet hadn't been cleaned for years but I am not ready to replace them with hard wood floors so I decided to breathe new life into them for a bit longer. The carpet looks almost new. "Ricky arrived on time and ready to clean our carpets and furniture. He did the bedroom and living room carpets, and made them look as new. He also did the carpet in the basement and it looked and smelled perfect!. The furniture that Ricky cleaned looks incredible, including our white llove seats! Ricky also cleans tile, and after seeing what a great job he did on our carpeting, as soon as we have some of the tiles repaired, we will definitely have him come back to clean and seal all of our tiled floors. "Great job.  Constantin was very responsive, made an appointment within a few days of my call, came on time.  He immediately recognized that these rugs needed special care because of the natural dyes used in their weaving and because they had not been cleaned for some time.    He explained exactly how he would clean them in order to preserve the colors, and called back within the expected time to set up the delivery time.  He gave us a fair price given the fact that he had to wash these by hand rather than running them through a machine.
The rugs look beautiful!  Constantin explained that he cleaned a couple of them twice to really get them clean.  None of the colors ran (unlike our experience with another rug cleaning company a few years ago).  We were delighted - in fact, we promptly gave him another small kilim rug to take away to be cleaned.  We will definitely get these rugs cleaned more often and turn to Constantin when we do!"

"They came right out and took our 12’ x 18’ carpet to be cleaned at their facility. It hadn’t been cleaned other than in place for over 30 years. It was a quality wool Chinese rug worth cleaning. The rug came back beautiful. It was like new Once clean they brought the carpet back and positioned it over a new pad. On the delivery date we had them clean some wall to wall carpet on stairs and down a hall. They did a great job of that too. If you want professional work at reasonable prices (not cheap but reasonable) this is the outfit."
