"From the time I spoke to someone to set up my appointment I felt they would do well. Demarcus was very professional, personable and did a great job. He got out the stains in my 7 year old (artist) carpet. By the way the pricing compared to other companies was very reasonable. My carpets look great and I can't wait for the family to come home from vacation to their clean and great smelling bedrooms."

"They were very polite. They cleaned the carpet in my basement.  I had told him they could bring the truck around the back of the house, because I have a walk-out basement, but they said no. They drug the hoses through my house that were wet. My foyer is wood, so I had to put towels under the dripping hoses. They did not vaccum the carpet before they cleaned, or move the furniture to clean under, even though I had asked if they would. The carpet was very wet after they left. I saw a spot in front of the wine rack, and touched it. It was not wet, so they had not cleaned that part, or under it. I don't think they had put spot remover down, because the stains were still there when it dried. They used the sprayer and sucked up some of the water, but that seems to be all. I have a bike that I have to ride for my health in the basement. One of the tabs on the handle had been pulled out that controls the tension, and will not go back in. These are things that I was not happy about. I would not recommend them."
