"Outstanding experience!!! From the initial contact to the finished service. I request a carpet stretch and was told based on the state of the carpet that a stretch would not be advisable because they could not guarantee it would not buckle right away. I really appreciated their honesty. Lost service but they gained a customer forever! They went away and cleaned my carpet and it looked brand new. If you desire a company that is fair, honest, thorough, professional, and skilled - A Step Above should be your choice!"

"Josh is a one man, small business carpet and upholstery cleaner. He takes the time and explains how he cleans the carpet and what solutions will be used. Due to having dogs and one that isn't potty trained very well my carpet smelled like urine. Josh came in and was able to take that smell right out of my carpet. He also raked my carpet to bring some life back into it. I would highly recommend him because he treats your flooring as if it was his own, with pride!!"

"Jamie absolutely saved the day. We hired a "contractor " who could install the new flooring as well as some other work we needed done. His work dragged on for three months. As soon as he got some money he bailed leaving us with a nightmare of unfinished work. What little he had done was very poorly installed. Jamie from Expansive Flooring Solutions came in, showed us exactly what had been done wrong, gave us a great quote, told us exactly what we would need and a firm timeline. He was true to his word at every turn, communicated really well and while he peeled back the layers of the work that had been previously done, kept us really well informed. Jamie fixed all the terribly shoddy work, repaired all the short cuts and installed our flooring the right way. Jamie went above and beyond to get it right. Our nightmare is over and the new floors look incredible!"
