She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! "Melissa is a no nonsense service provider. She showed up ONTIME and didnt monkey around buy went straight to work. I probably delayed her more because I was asking questions to get to know her. She was friendly and polite but didnt skip a beat all the time we were talking. VERY knowledgeable regarding her trade. She cleaned upholstery that I was quoted over 100.00 from a professional furniture cleaner. She git spots out of the carpet that the professional steam cleaning service couldn't.
