"Vincent was incredibly prompt in his response to my inquiry. When we spoke on the phone he was very knowledgeable about upholstery cleaning, professional and courteous. As far as scheduling an appointment during this busy holiday season, he was extremely accommodating and scheduled me in the very next day!! When Vincent arrived, he explained what he would be doing, took the necessary precautions and covered the rugs and his shoes and wore a mask. All through the appointment, he let me know exactly what he was doing and what to expect when the upholstery dried. What a wonderful job! The furniture pieces smelled refreshed and looked like new again. The last thing I will say is that Vincent truly cares about what he does-a rare thing in today’s time.
