"The three men that showed up worked efficiently. Tile floor was sprayed, scrubbed then steam cleaned. Very pleased with the result of the grout looking like new. Bedroom and two area rugs were steam cleaned. They came out looking clean and the carpet looked restored from carpet pile being raised back up in the traffic areas where it had looked beaten down. The estimate given on the phone matched the measured sq footage that I was quoted so the cost was as I expected. It took about an hour.
