He uses an interesting process that I haven't seen before -- the carpets are mostly dry after he's done, which means you can walk on them and start moving furniture back immediately. Such an interesting and personable guy who clearly loves what he does and is great at it."

"The carpets cleaned was for a re-rental in a somewhat newly constructed town house. The carpets were in a fairly clean condition to begin with. So I hired this company to basically refresh the carpets on the entire top floor which consisted of 3 bedrooms, and 2 walk-in closets. Since this was a "dry" cleaning it was satisfactory for what I needed to have done. However, it the carpets were heavily soiled or showed more wear; then I would have opted for a "wet" or "steam" type cleaning which would be more appropriate for that type of condition. Overall, I was very satisfied with the job. He was quick and efficient. I would use this company again for "light" freshening of any of my rental units. However, for heavy duty cleaning, I would definitely use a different company that does a "wet" cleaning. There is a difference and it's just a matter of knowing what your needs are."

"An employee of Carpet Purity, Ben, came to our home an hour earlier than the agreed upon time, but that was fine since everything was already moved. Ben was extremely knowledgeable about the state of the carpet and advised us on how to care for it after the cleaning. I will say that our one issue was that they had to use our electricity, water, and a power strip. We could not beat the quality of work and the price, so that was minor overall. Great experience and will definitely use again"

"A very professional guy named Tony Costa showed up. He made us comfortable right away which was also portrayed by the phone call... Professionalism and all that word implies and comfort. Tony gave me his card and reviewed what I had ordered. As far as being on time he was not one minute early or late, I smiled as the bell rang and our clock said 1:00 exactly. They were booked to show up between 1 and 2:00. I took Tony through our carpeted areas, I was told on the phone what was included and Tony went very much above and beyond what I expected. To put it simply Tony and Dan Keec Carpet Cleaning clearly exceeded my expectations in every way. The price was very fair so in my gut I Expected them to attempt many add ons. In reality I showed him some tough spots and more problem areas and he never said anything about additional costs. Because my carpeting was newer Tony thought I may benefit from Scotchgard. I researched it and that was a good idea so I did get that at an additional price from what I listed above. The work and time to apply it made it a good value as well. Due to our physical health we cannot move very well. Tony assured us that my health was no problems. He also lifted and moved some heavy stuff, put in foam and plastic lifts to help areas under low furniture to dry. He left at 5:00 after 4 solid hours of very hard work dealing with 2 floors and many obstacles. Much of the carpet dried in 6 hours but areas with little or no air circulation took until morning to dry. The carpet looks and feels fantastic. I require to be down on the floor often and now it is back to being a happy and clean place. Also one of our three cats tends to vomit often... Like three times a week. Tony warned us about the acid in the vomit but every spot was removed like they never existed. My wife try's her best to clean these areas when we find them but sometimes a shadow of the stain remains. The shadows are gone now. I will definately use Dan Keech Carpet Cleaning pretty much yearly. They earned a customer for life! Rjt
