"Vincent was incredibly prompt in his response to my inquiry. When we spoke on the phone he was very knowledgeable about upholstery cleaning, professional and courteous. As far as scheduling an appointment during this busy holiday season, he was extremely accommodating and scheduled me in the very next day!! When Vincent arrived, he explained what he would be doing, took the necessary precautions and covered the rugs and his shoes and wore a mask. All through the appointment, he let me know exactly what he was doing and what to expect when the upholstery dried. What a wonderful job! The furniture pieces smelled refreshed and looked like new again. The last thing I will say is that Vincent truly cares about what he does-a rare thing in today’s time. I would recommend him and his business to anyone in need!!"

"Bill is one gem of a person. He is prompt in returning your calls. He listens to what you need; takes time to explain things; never rushes; and never tries to sell you what you don't need. As an example, he told me that some of the areas I was asking him to clean could be cleaned cheaply by a maid service and I will save money! Or that cleaning of our hardwood will not get us much as it really needed a resanding. This is the second time we have hired Bill for carpet cleaning and I will definitely recommend him to any one without any reservations. "George did a GREAT job!!! Our carpet had not been cleaned for 3 years, due to COVID. We do not allow shoes on carpet in our home , and I did regularly vacuum- so that helped with cleanliness. But there were coffee spills, by other family members. George owns Supreme Steam, and takes great pride in doing the job correctly. He is certified in several types of carpet care, and working on his Upholestery certifications. He is Very! Focused, informs you of how he will clean the various areas, and Always listens to what the Homeowner needs. He has a great, positive personality, and is extremely strong. I moved all the furniture myself, as I do not think it’s fair to make the Cleaner move all those items, but he can certainly help with bulky items if needed. He brings his own Blue Booties so his shoes never touch the carpet. A reall go-getter with No Excuses!!!! He came back for some touch ups, with a different product that really worked on the very light carpet. And he did so, willingly. George is a gust of fresh air, focus and talent. He is a terrific young man!!!! I will always use his service in the future; we have lived in Pt. Jeff for 39 years—- so great to find an honest, great carpet and upholstery person!!! Perfect work for a reasonable cost!!"
