"What a terrific company: Friendly, professional and prompt. From beginning to end, talking on the phone ... everything was made easy. "Beautifully! Dexter is very professional and polite. He arrived on time and cleaned and put my furniture back as it was. He was able to get my upholstery cleaner than I had hope...it looks like new again! Thank you Dexter!"

"Thomas was great! He is professional and very customer service minded. Everything he did came out great! I was very pleased with his work ethic and his manner in dealing with me, the customer. He was at my home for an entire day cleaning upholstery and rugs. After a year in storage, all felt refreshed once he was done. I felt that his pricing was very fair, as well. (The work was done in 2025, but I had misplaced his company name, so I could not leave a review sooner. I am thrilled to be able to leave a review now!) 5 out of 5"

"Very good experience. Scheduling was easy and they did a very careful job of removing and then re-installing the drapes and valences. I now have clean drapes. :)"

"did a great job cleaning my carpets would use again when needed"

"After receiving a totally outrageous quote from Stanley Steemer (which was double the amount they charged me last year), I decided to give New York Carpet Cleaning a try, and I'm so glad I did! My experience was excellent. I live in a second floor walk-up and have wall-to-wall light beige carpeting. From the very first contact, NY Carpet Cleaning was extremely responsive and professional. The pre-appointment confirmations, e-mail and text updates put me at ease. The cleaning professionals were extremely punctual, polite and friendly. They took the time to explain each step of the process to me as it was happening. They explained in detail how the machinery worked and even helped me to move my storage chest and coffee table. They paid great attention to every detail and were extremely thorough. They did not rush the job at all. It was obvious that they took great pride in their jobs. My carpet looks great!! I absolutely got my money's worth. NY Carpet Cleaning has just gained a customer for life. It's pretty nice when a company exceeds my expectations. I don't experience that a lot."
