The rate quoted to me for the service was the most competitive that I had found. In addition to that, he had a 5% discount promotion going on for Angies List members. On the scheduled day, the professional who arrived (unfortunately I cannot recall his name) was very nice and helpful. We were still in the process of moving some of the furniture around and he did not mind that. There was a decently big sized rug that he cleaned for us for free. And when I told him that I had allergies, he went to extent of moving a few things to hit areas under large furniture such as beds etc. At the end of it all, I was quite pleased with the results. Great service, quality results and at a very nice price."

She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I was impressed with the amount of energy and expertise. They brought their own supplies and scoured the house from top to bottom. They did not clean carpets, but that was not in the agreement.
