The customer service provided by Kayla to explain the company’s services and costs and to answer specific questions as well as work with my difficult timetable was great. Not many companies provide specialized, professional offsite cleaning for these types of rugs. They also have specific pet solutions to treat stains on carpets as well and provide a guarantee that these issues will be solved. Off to a good start. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"They were very polite. They cleaned the carpet in my basement.  I had told him they could bring the truck around the back of the house, because I have a walk-out basement, but they said no. They drug the hoses through my house that were wet. My foyer is wood, so I had to put towels under the dripping hoses. They did not vaccum the carpet before they cleaned, or move the furniture to clean under, even though I had asked if they would. The carpet was very wet after they left. I saw a spot in front of the wine rack, and touched it. It was not wet, so they had not cleaned that part, or under it. I don't think they had put spot remover down, because the stains were still there when it dried. They used the sprayer and sucked up some of the water, but that seems to be all. I have a bike that I have to ride for my health in the basement. One of the tabs on the handle had been pulled out that controls the tension, and will not go back in. These are things that I was not happy about. I would not recommend them."
