"Very prompt,, thorough and careful."

My name is Sam! I have been cleaning for about 6 years now. I love having that satisfaction of watching something go from dirty to clean and hope I can bring that to you as well. I have a touch of cleaning OCD so trust me I will make sure all your needs and wants are met!

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"We were more satisfied with the air duct cleaning than the carpet cleaning but they did a good job. We have no complaints with them."

"Very well! Did a great job Will definitely be using them again"

"HE WAS ON TIME, MADE THE BAD CARPET LOOK NEW, WAS SO NICE, HE LEFT TO BLOWERS SO THE CARPET COULD BE DRY, REALLY FAST, WE HAD AN EVENT THAT NIGHT AN HE CAME BACK TO GET DRYERS AN DOUBLE CHECKED, WAS GREAT , I WILL USE THEM AGAIN. THANK YOU MS. GENTRY."

"The Customer Service was in my opinion top notch. I do not know how it could get better. Our carpet looks and smells great. We have a dog and a few places that I was worried about from spills, but he got them right up. I highly recommend this company."
