Ron Hobbs did a fabulous job. He was on time for the appointment and the job was completed in approximately 90 minutes. Now, I'm not feeling pressured to purchase new carpet immediately because my old carpet is refreshed and clean. Going forward I'll call Ron annually to clean our carpet."

He gave very good information on his company (a franchise) and what he can offer us. He was punctual and got right to his work. He was very personable, professional and gave us a lot of information in order for us to make a sound decision on what we wanted done to our carpet and upholstery. The carpet, rug and sectional were cleaned very well. There were two spots that had 'shadows' and he warned us that there had been damage done to them before hand.
