"I called to schedule an appointment and was able to get a time scheduled within the week. Due to an unexpected medical appt., I had to call back to reschedule. Once again, he was able to get a convenient appt time right away. I have used All Pro for years. Rob always arrives right on time. He checks with me to see if I know of any problem areas, then checks for any spots and pre-treats them. He is very careful not to let his equipment cause any damage to your house by using corner protectors. He also puts styrofoam blocks under any wood chair legs to keep any stain from transferring to the carpet. His price is very fair and my carpets always turn out great. I just don't even think of using another company.

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

I wasn't so much afraid of whether the company would do a good job of cleaning the roof, but more anxious about the potential mess from all that moss. Let's just say these guys did a really good job of cleaning up after themselves. I saw all the crud that came down the roof when they were doing all that power-washing. They cleaned up after themselves and needless to say, I will be a returning customer."

They have been responsive in bringing out the huge fans to dry the carpet underneath and returned to make sure there was no moisture left before taking the fans away.
