"Really well. Very thorough. Only one time I had to point out a small thing. Besides that, the crew took care of everything. More than anything I felt comfortable having them around. I will hire them again. The price was very good too. This was for a deep cleaning of a large townhouse 3/2.5. On the carpets, that was done the day after, I really like what they did. My carpets, on a rental property near Orlando, had 7 years of abuse. I was almost sure that changing them was the only solution. John, the owner, said he was up to the challenge and he did. My carpets ( all in a light tan color) look like new. Yes there are couple stains that stayed. but they improved a lot, exactly as he said. He tried very hard to remove them but he warned me about this so he managed my expectations. The carpets look 90% better compared to how they looked before. I will hire these guys again without hesitation."

"When no one locally even responded to my inquiries for a quote, Michelle got back to me the same day with a quote and description of how the repair would be done. It's a slight downside to have to ship one glove coast to coast for a minor repair on one finger. But the cost of shipping and the repair is much less than purchasing another $100 pair of gloves! The repair took a little longer than anticipated, but shipping time had to be factored in as well. Michelle was very prompt with communications during the process. Cost of service below did not include shipping which was about $16 round trip. The glove returned good as new...well as good as it's pair. The glove is two years old. But the seam was totally resewn and reinforced. Michelle stated she did not want to the issue to happen again. I hope it won't. The problem started with my fingers rubbing. Very happy with the service from Premier. I wish they had a shop in Maryland!"

"Words cannot describe how happy I am. I have light colored tile and the grout was very dark and the tiles were stained and dirty. I did not think the grout could be cleaned as well as it was. Eron assured me it would look as good as new and he was right. When I walked into the room I was amazed at how the floor looked. The stains on the tile itself were removed and the grout looked like it was just applied. My carpet had numerous stains and was pretty dirty. After Eron was done they also looked new again. I watched as Eron pre-treated and scrubbed the floor before extracting with his steam machine. What a hard worker this guy is. I would recommend Eron's Carpet Cleaning to anyone that wants the best possible outcome. I have used Stanley Steamer and even tried it myself with rentals and never had results like this. "Shaun did a fantastic job. In addition to general housecleaning and bathroom deep cleaning she did refrigerator and behind it stove and oven , inside and outside all cabinets and all ceiling fans.
