Turns outs, my ducts were not that dirty to begin with.. i had chosen this company because it was the only one that said they cleaned up any mold or mildew I spoke with a representative and specifically asked if they serviced the Louisville area, as their address is in Lexington. The representative said they would do "select" homes. He asked me several questions about my house - number of floors, type of furnace, square footage and gave me an estimate over the phone. In hindsight, I should have looked harder to find someone in Louisville, so that I would not inconvenience the workers. After they left, we went around and looked at all the registers. A couple had not been screwed back in place, but just pushed in, the screws nearby."
