"They really did look almost brand new once the work was done and the upholstery dried. They still had the beautiful "feel" they had originally - the "green" cleaning product clearly did not have an adverse effect on the fabric. One of the owners, Vincent clearly knew his stuff, was efficient, thorough, used good COVID protocols."

"Bill did a great job!  He spent about 2 hours cleaning the living room and hallway.  He was very professional and polite.  The carpet is about 7 years old and had a lot of wear and tear on it.  there were various stains on it and we had an older dog that had some accidents on it so we weren't expecting any miracles, but we have to say that the carpet looks about as close to new as possible.  We have had the carpet cleaned before by various cheaper companies but none of them came close to the job that Bill did.  There even seems to be more give to the carpet, like the padding somehow came back to life.  There were actually a few spots we noticed after he left and we called Bill and he came back the next day and took care of them.  Very satisfied with his services and we highly recommend him.

"Brilliant. Everything about working with Sparrow and Celso was top class. Their estimate was lower than the competitor, they came within a few days, and cleaned two upholstered chairs very well. Celso was very polite and explained how the whole process works and the likelihood of getting the stains out. They worked for a while on the chairs and did a great job. Took the carpet away and delivered it back after 10 days. The office was great in communicating, the guys who came back with the carpet were very polite, helped me lay it back, moved some furniture.
