"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Robbie was fantastic! We had the carpet cleaned in our new home the week before. Because of the results, my wife and I thought we had to replace the carpeting. We haggled about getting it cleaned AGAIN, she won, and we called Robbie. He is the "Sherlock Holmes" of carpets. He came out with a black light, read every spill he could find like he was reading a history book, and came back the next day. He cleaned, sanitized, and improved the job so much over what the last guy did that we have at least 2-3 years left before we need to replace it! The difference is incredible. He was very pleasant, very professional, and his prices are reasonable. We won't go to anyone else now. REM is your answer to getting it done right the first time. Thanks Robbie!"

"Very professional young man. Communication was great. You could tell that he really took pride in his work!"

"Needed to clean my spare room before my new tenant moved in and Alexis did an awesome job cleaning everything! Would highly recommend her to anyone who needs a cleaning"

"Tore up my carpet and put laminate flooring down"
