"I called Eric at King Carpet. Eric called me back and came out looked at the carpet sent me a estimate which i approved online. Eric called to set up a day to come out and clean carpet. I came into work the next day and couldn't believe it was the same carpet. All the stains were gone the carpet was clean and looked new again. He measured the areas to be cleaned (no moving furniture) and carefully explained 3 different pricing options. With 2 dogs (and their "accidents") I was totally amazed with the quality of work! "Brilliant. Everything about working with Sparrow and Celso was top class. Their estimate was lower than the competitor, they came within a few days, and cleaned two upholstered chairs very well. Celso was very polite and explained how the whole process works and the likelihood of getting the stains out. They worked for a while on the chairs and did a great job. Took the carpet away and delivered it back after 10 days. The office was great in communicating, the guys who came back with the carpet were very polite, helped me lay it back, moved some furniture. I am really happy i found these guys on Angie's list and with their service. This is how it is supposed to work!!"
