"I had Ken come out to look at some carpet repairs. He was very honest with me and told me it would be maybe $100 more to have my entire stairs replace instead of having him replace sections. He did stretch carpet in three different places and he did not charge me. So he pretty much took time to come to my house and left without charging me for anything. You don't hear that anymore, an honest company! You can bet, when I get my carpet clean,I will be calling Ken."

I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material.
