"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Sixth Scent cleaning was very easy to work with. They were focused and intentional with paying attention to details and very diligent. They stayed until the job was done and welcomed feedback throughout the cleaning experience. I highly recommend this cleaning service."

"I delayed writing this review to give the carpets time to full dry so that I could see if there were any spots showing that would not have been visible sooner. Robbie was on time and well organized. Did his pre-spotting and then went to work. He did a truly outstanding job. Spots that other professional cleaners had been unable to get up were gone. He is friendly and let me know what he was doing as he went along. As he was about to leave he noticed a stain on our porch carpet that was not on the "to do" list and took time to deal with it. I can fully recommend him, and will have him back again. Tom W. Honea Path SC"
