She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

Did his pre-spotting and then went to work. He did a truly outstanding job. Spots that other professional cleaners had been unable to get up were gone. He is friendly and let me know what he was doing as he went along. As he was about to leave he noticed a stain on our porch carpet that was not on the "to do" list and took time to deal with it.
