"Mr Holbrook has been cleaning our carpet and upholstery now for about 5 years. Once per year. Everything looks new when he is finished. He is the person that shows up and has an appreciation for quality. We never use anyone else and highly recommend Mr. Holbrook."

"Did a wonderful job getting my carpets cleaned."

"We had about 5 areas, and we had some stains. The treatment worked very well. There were a couple of stains we knew would be tough. They didn’t disappear completely, but they look a lot better, and the house feels really clean."

"The young men were very nice, but the tile was still sticky 2 hours after they left from the grout sealer. The sun room carpet was wet, not damp when they left. They returned the side chairs to the wet carpet without putting anything under the legs to keep them from fading on the carpet. The carpet cleaning process left residue down in the short shag carpet and on the sun room carpet. The owner has been made aware of these concerns."

"Chris was on-time and was upfront about the cost and any additional recommendations on the cleaning service. I added the pet treatment since the couch and armchair are where our dogs often sit. Both the couch and armchair are clean and do not smell like dogs have been sitting on them."

"Their product for cleaning carpets is wonderful. No chemical smell. Smells fresh and clean and carpets look brand new. Everyone with the company is friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Highly recommend them. ."

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Meaghan and her husband were very professional and nice. They did an excellent job on the cleaning. They were here cleaning my house for approx 4.5 hours, it was a deep clean for the first visit. We all have them to return every two weeks for cleaning."

"James and his crew arrived as promised and cleaned the condo. There was some miscommunication at the beginning for the work relating to the address, the door code and the lock box code. As an real estate re-developer, our job is to bring dilapidated properties back to life, and Carpet Commander did an OUTSTANDING job. I can't recommend him enough.
If he would be willing to, I shall be sharing his business cards and this strategy at the Kentucky Real Estate Investor's Club. If you don't want to replace a relatively new carpet and have it cleaned by a professional, Carpet Commander is your man.
Communication was on point. Price was decent, but the results speak for themselves. I highly recommend that you talk to James today.
