When Jerry was here, he checked out the carpet, he explained what he could do, then he got busy. It's cleaning. I was very pleased that he took the time to give extra attention to some stains we were having reoccur to make sure that he got them out. Jerry was very respectful of our home, the carpet looks great and when we need the cleaning again will be calling him."

She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."
