"This owner/operator did great work, was fast to schedule with and on time. He also made some recommendations for carpet maintenance that we can do in between professional cleanings. I think we caught him on a bad day because he was really grumpy, but his work was great."

Hi! My name is Adriana Moron. I moved out here from Arizona 2 years ago. I was working a construction job doing hard labor non stop. I needed a change to be able to do what I always wanted. I want to paint purses, put my art out there in fashion. I love to clean. I say Clean space is clear mind. I’d be happy to clean your space no matter how dirty.

My name is Chad. I am an all around home maintenance professional. I work with a few craftsmen as well. We’ve all been doing this for awhile and have become very efficient on jobs together. We can do pretty much anything to get your rental property ready to rent or your home ready to sell. We love to do remodeling as well. Can handle anything you throw at us. Gives us a call we would be happy to serve you.

"They were awesome, from start to very clean carpet and details to stains"

"Very prompt, in fact let me know coming early, and if ok! Upholstery looks great. Good job and hope to call for carpeting, also."

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Went great! I called 4 companies and Lowe's was most competitive in pricing and they were the most speedy too. Very friendly service, very thorough (showed me pics of the ducts) and cleaned up well! I highly recommend!"

"Thorough, polite, on time. He left us with a very clean carpet, and even left fans overnight to assure it was dry."

"They completed the work as promised, but we had a few issues.  Specifically, they left debris in the ducts which we had to remove ourselves, and they didn't do a thorough job with the carpet because the carpet on our stairs looked worse after the cleaning.  Additionally, they didn't wear booties while inside the house and left dirty footprints in some areas.  Ultimately, it was a mediocre experience."
