It dried so quick I was able to put my area rugs back in place. I'm a stickler when it comes to fresh scents and deodorizers and the carpet had a fresh smell upon completion. And, since they did not get to finish cleaning all the areas that same day, they came back the next morning to complete the task. They provided quality of service and exceptional customer service even during non-business hours. It does not get better than that.
