"I had a Shearling Suede Jacket of the highest quality. My daughter's cat had a UTI infection and pee'd all over it! It was smelly and badly damaged. I wasn't sure it could be cleaned especially back to its like new condition. I sent it UPS from the bay area to Premier Leather care. It took them a few months because they had to work and work on it but they were able to remove all stains from the jacket without damaging the color or quality of the material. I would recommend this business"

"They were prompt, completed the job in great time and their pricing was much more reasonable than other carpet cleaners I have engaged in this area."

"the fellows were very pleasant and went to work right away. Did a far better job than other carpet cleaners have done"

"They were on time and thorough. I would always recommend them to anybody. They were prompt and did a very good at cleaning. They had a fair price."

"The service was great! He was on time and did great work. My carpets have never looked or smelled better. I would definitely hire him again."

"My carpet is old and has been cleaned several times, but Luke got all the old spots out. He went the extra mile in moving the furniture that needed moving and returning it to the correct place. He is the kind of professional you can welcome into your home. I highly recommend him. Rebecca Corbin"

"Contact was quick. Could schedule service within the timeline given. The carpet look amazing! They did a great job!"

"I needed cleaning done at my Mom's house. Her tile and carpet came out beautifully! The person on the phone was very helpful and the tech that came to the house was very professional and knowledgeable. I am very pleased with this company. They were also running a cleaning special so I got 25% off!"

"The young guy who did the work was prompt and professional, but not well trained. He power washed my patio BEFORE blowing the leaves and sticks off my roof, so all the debris landed on my just cleaned patio, and he didn't follow up to clean it off.
He forgot to do the garage door and was all packed up when he asked me to inspect, so I just let it ride.
