"My house was in desperate need of cleaning(4 bedroom, 3.5 bath). My inquiry to the service for a quote was answered very quickly, and they came out for the estimate the next day I was available. On the actual cleaning day, the crew of 3 arrived on time and they did a good job. One of them even used a toothbrush to scrub the tracks of the windows. I found a couple of small things that were missed, but they had a big job as my house cleaning had been "let go" while I had a long illness. I was delighted and decided to use them monthly, I hope it is the same crew every time. (English is not their primary language, you will need to listen carefully and speak clearly.)"

"Provider arrived on time and went right to work, washing and waxing the outside of the vehicle.  He also cleaned the interior and washed the windows and cleaned the floor mats.  Provider used own materials and supplies including water.  I was expecting the car to be waxed and polished using a wax but provider used a liquid wax.  Provider left a few items.  I informed provider that he left items, he said he would pick them up but never did. I will not use provider in the future unless he uses a wax and not a liquid wax."
