"This is the second time I've hired Jeremy. He is fantastic! I had multiple issues with my carpets and he fixed them all. For the second time (!) he replaced the carpet on one step because the cats had shredded it. Looks great. Was sure to answer all of my questions before he began work, didn't try to upsell me and got all the gross cat urine stains and odors out, plus ink or something in my daughter's room. I was thinking I needed to replace my carpet, but after he cleaned them, I realized they still have life left in them. Would definitely recommend him. Have had other cleaners and he is the best! Thanks, Jeremy."

"Tim was very organized and did a beautiful job cleaning our carpets. I especially appreciated his phone call ahead of time to let me know he was coming (both for the estimate visit and the actual cleaning). He was very helpful and professional about explaining what he would be doing and why. I found Tim to be very personable and professional. I would happily hire him again."

"Great cleaning results, but was thrown off by the lack of precaution while in customer’s homes (masks, etc) during the COVID-19 pandemic."
