My chair upholstery hadn't been cleaned. It is still wet; but I could see the difference before he finished. The chaise and sofa are also still wet. I am certain they will look great once dry. I am very pleased with my carpets also! I wish things didn't take as long to dry. Sam will return next week to clean my basement carpeting!"

"I would have rated the service as 5 stars.....unfortunately there were several things undone. . 1) The front of the dishwasher wasn't cleaned. 2) the hood over the stove wasn't cleaned...in spite of discussion about it. And 3) the top of shower head wasn't cleaned. I don't want to say that the service was not good because overall it was... on time..very pleasant to work with. Only these 3 things were problematic."
