Brian, who came to clean the area rugs and some upholstery, is highly detailed, careful to protect wood floors from the rug treatments, and responsive in answering questions. The cleaning materials were odorless and all treatments dried within 1-2 hours. Brian also cleaned some decorative pillows that were not included on the initial quote.
