This summer while we were traveling, the condensation drain for an AC unit backed up to an overflow which discharged and left a large rusty stain on the carpet. "Very nice, informative and respectful. Only issue I had was I paid double for a room due to stains and there wasn?t much done extra to warrant the extra charge. I also had paid for upholstery cleaning but it was just wiped down with a towel briefly so wasn?t too much cleaned. That along with my area rug didn?t look hardly touched at all. Upstairs bedrooms and stairway looked very nice though."
