As far as scheduling an appointment during this busy holiday season, he was extremely accommodating and scheduled me in the very next day!! When Vincent arrived, he explained what he would be doing, took the necessary precautions and covered the rugs and his shoes and wore a mask. All through the appointment, he let me know exactly what he was doing and what to expect when the upholstery dried. What a wonderful job! We needed to have 2 area rugs (living room and foyer) and carpet (bedroom) cleaned. That covers just about the full extent of our apartment, so it’s a bit difficult to maneuver and rearrange things in order to facilitate the work.
