"Outstanding experience!!! From the initial contact to the finished service. I request a carpet stretch and was told based on the state of the carpet that a stretch would not be advisable because they could not guarantee it would not buckle right away. I really appreciated their honesty. Lost service but they gained a customer forever! They went away and cleaned my carpet and it looked brand new. If you desire a company that is fair, honest, thorough, professional, and skilled - A Step Above should be your choice!"

"My carpet looks and smell like new. They work hard and they did a good job cleaning all my house and on the living room carpet"

"Wonderful! Mara and her team are spot-on professionals. They arrive on time, communicate well, leave the house sparkling, and can accommodate all sorts of one-off projects (deep clean of the freezer, clean out and reorganize the pantry, clean out and reorganize cabinets, recycling and trash management). I highly recommend Mara and her team - you won't regret it and you'll wonder why you didn't do it sooner. :)"

"Blaine worked out a time with me to clean my carpets, since I'm pretty busy. Showed up on time and was very informative. Did a great job!!.. Have one spot that returned, however, Blaine told me to call him and he'd take care of that."

"This company did a great job, including some extra cleaning on the carpets. They were friendly and very professional. I highly recommend."

"All I can say is WOW! I can't believe how grungy my bathroom actually was. Sorry I don't have a before and after pictures to show what they did. I knew my shower needed a good cleaning, but the difference it made was like night and day. Thank you Morgan and Voda. I'll feel cleaner, myself, now!"
