Hello! I have over 9 years of experience from Destin to 30A cleaning and managing properties from short term rentals to residential. Have my own team but work solo as well, providing high volume cleans without forgetting attention to detail to keep your house feeling like home.

Hi, I’m Zoe! If you have a growing to-do list around the house, a yard that needs some love, or general maintenance tasks you just haven’t found the time for, I’m here to help.\nI’ve been a "jack of all trades" since my teenage years, taking on a wide variety of odd jobs and building a robust, hands-on skill set over the years. Because I’ve spent a lifetime learning how things work—and how to fix them when they don't—I offer a level of versatility that saves you the hassle of hiring multiple different contractors.\nWhether you need routine preventative maintenance to protect your investment, a quick repair, detailed cleaning, or seasonal lawn care, I approach every project with problem-solving grit and sharp attention to detail. No job is too small, and I pride myself on being reliable, efficient, and transparent from start to finish.

"Michelle at Premier did a great job of educating me on how to care for my 20+-year-old leather coat, on what needed to be done to renew it, and cleaned it so it was almost like new. She also took over cleaning a fine Italian wool jacket I sent her, and even found buttons to replace ones on the sleeve that had fallen off She's professional, prompt, and gets the job done! I have no worries when I send my clothes to her in Calif from Wyoming (because we have no comparable specialty cleaners here)."

"Beautifully. Crew arrived on time, worked steadily and did an excellent job. They also did a number of extras--they cleaned the mailbox, front porch, and cleaned mold off the garage doors. I couldn't be more pleased. I'd be happy to recommend this company to anyone. They are friendly, professional, thorough, and a pleasure to deal with."

"Lewis was very friendly and professional. Great communication! He got the 3 rooms painted quickly and they look great. One of the rooms had a spot that dripped and he came back and fixed it the next business day. He cleaned up his mess so well you wouldn't even know he had been here. Highly recommend!"

"The owner Doug is terrific. He makes you feel welcome and he wasn't pushy. he gave us a lot of options to choose from and was very helpful. He carpeted two bedrooms and installer was very good. We prefer to shop local and glad we did. The pricing was very competitive and I highly recommend."

"I never thought they would come up clean, it was beyond my expectations. They look almost brand new."
